A stabilizing yet enterprising senior executive, John leads with a vision to create a forward-looking strategy, harnesses the power of digital and tech-enabled platforms, and inspires teams to stretch beyond previously accepted limits.
Under John’s leadership—an approach that leverages his differentiated investment banking, private equity, analytics, operations, Fortune 500 process, and general management background—he has driven significant growth in shareholder value for companies he has led or advised. Over the last 20 years, John has served in CEO/CFO roles for highly successful private companies where he deployed the concepts embedded in the CEOview platform.
Earlier in his career, John advised private and public companies for 11 years as Managing Director of a middle-market investment banking/M&A firm, where he was first exposed to the power, value and the scarcity of a dynamic three-statement model as a business planning and management tool. John began his career in finance with two Fortune 100 firms. His extensive M&A experience as an investment banker and CEO/CFO has given several businesses new insights on opportunities to diversify, expand, and accelerate value growth.
